How do I check on an order I have placed?
You may check the status of your order online. Alternatively you may contact our Customer Service Team 0800 054 2666 or email us at infocl@clinique.co.uk. Please provide your order number when making enquiries.

Do you accept international orders?
We're sorry Clinique.co.uk only delivers online orders to UK addresses (excluding the Channel Islands).
We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address

Is it safe to use my credit card?
We work closely with our trusted partner WorldPay to ensure that all your personal and payment details are kept safe. Together, we encrypt all your personal information so that it's protected as it travels over the Internet. WorldPay also check if your credit card details have been used recently on any other WorldPay partner site.

What is your return/exchange policy?
We hope you are delighted with your order. However if for any reason you're not entirely satisfied with your goods, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. For more information please consult our Returns Procedure.

Why is my favourite product discontinued? What can I use now?
Decisions to discontinue or introduce a product or size are made in response to consumer preferences and purchasing patterns throughout the country. If your favourite product has been discontinued please visit your nearest Clinique counter where a Consultant will be happy to provide alternative recommendations.

Regrettably, samples are not available for general distribution.

We are sorry, but Clinique does not currently produce a complete product catalog. However, you may view the entire selection of Clinique products on our Web site. The Clinique Directory - a brochure with many of our products listed and described - is available from your local Clinique counter.

Physician's care
If you are under the care of a dermatologist, only he or she can best advise you of the appropriate products that would work best with your prescribed treatments. We recommend that you ask your dermatologist about the use of Clinique products, (most dermatologists are familiar with our product line) to determine what is appropriate for you. Once you have obtained this information, we would be happy to confirm which products meet those specifications.
