When I first received this and started using it, I though it was a bit too harsh as it made my skin sting a bit, but I persevered and I'm glad that I did. It removes every trace of your cleanser and by removing any dead skin cells it leaves your face soft, smooth and ready for your moisturiser and make-up or night cream depending on what time of day you are using it. My make-up goes on much more easily now and also looks a lot better because my skin is smoother and softer than before I started using this product. My skin almost glows now, though not in a greasy way, which isnt bad for a 60 year old is it? It hasnt glowed like that since I was in my twenties.

I have been using Clarifying Lotion for as long as I can remember, and it is the one product that I cannot do without - it's in my bathroom and my travel bag, and I have never been able to replace it with any other lotion or brand, because nothing else works the way CL does! I love the fresh, clean feel of my skin after using in, and am certain that it enhances the effect of any serums or moisturisers I use after it.

pros:
I could not live without the product. It removes last spots of make up i have missed with the cleanser and is great for a quick wipe and freshen up if i am not wearing makeup. I used to suffer with oily / greasy skin but this has banished my problem. I would recommend re visiting your skin report regularly as after a year and a half of using this product i felt the need to change to lotion 1.

I had this given to me in the 1,2 step range and must say it does work wonder's.I've been prone to spots and uneven skin tone for a couple of years and since using this, it has reduced a small part.It does leave you're skin refreshed, however sometime's it can leave you're skin stinging in areas if you have the odd spot's, like me - which is normal.Saying that, this truely is a great toner for you're day to day life-style.
