A Devine Elixir

I have to be honest. I love the smell of Clinique Aromatics on other people, but not on me. It is too heavy, strong and I have found that it is 'older' people who wear it. However, this interpretation is simply devine! Yes, it has the familiar Aromatics smell, but it is much, much softer than the original - and more sophisticated. This small bottle will last me for a long time as it is my 'going out' fragrance. Wearing it is like wrapping yourself in soft velvet or a super-snug cashmere shawl. It lasts for a very long time - so I wasn't that bothered about not being able to carry it around in my bag. The bottle looks fab on a dressing table, very art-deco and like the glass perfume bottles of the past. This is a fragrance that makes a person feel incredibly sophisticated and glamourous. It is well worth the investment and especially if, like me, you thought you didn't like the Aromatics fragrance.
