pros:
This foundation gives full coverage. When applying it, its best to start with your problem areas and even then, very sparingly, as this foundation is so thick that if applied to the whole face it can look unnatural. You can mix it with another foundation to get an in-between texture. As its so thick, it's even more important to get the shade right. Sorry to mention all the cons! - This foundation is great for scars and pigmentation problems.

My husband brought me a tube of continuous coverage golden glow last Christmas and i love this make-up. It is great to wear every day. It covers very well. I brought a new tube today. I used the last of my old tube today. I always wore Clinique work-out foundation before my husband brought me a tube of Clinique continuous coverage foundation last Christmas I love this make-up. I would tell all my friends and family about this foundation.

Since developing chlorasma a few years ago, this is the best product I have ever used!! Covers up my dark skin pigmentation patches and also broken veins. Wont go out now without it now - PLEASE never discontinue this product!!!!

I have really bad acne scars, so my dermatologist recommended this to me. However, I have been disappointed with the results.As it's so thick, you need to hold the tube in your hands for a few minutes to make it easier to apply, then apply it to your skin, making sure you blend well. Even with blending the cream in well, it still looks streaky, and doesn't even cover up anything. In fact, it makes my skin look worse.I've actually found that using Clinique's 'Even Better' foundation offers better results.

Used as concealer it covers xanthalasma!!!

I have suffered with xanthalasma below both of my eyes since my 2nd pregnancy and have struggled to cope with these hideous "blemishes". They even returned after having them surgically removed.I had tried all sorts of concealers in vain, but find that this is PERFECT!! I use it under my eyes and to cover any other imperfections that have decided to sprout. I now feel able to go out and not feel that people are staring at the "rice krispies" under my eyes.I use it over, or under my normal foundation. It is easy to apply with a brush and then blended.It is absolutely necessary to try this makeup on your face as it needs to be the right shade. Any clinique advisor will have the time, and patience to help you get this right.PLEASE dont ever discontinue this product. It has truely changed my life!!

I really loved this foundation it covered up all of my acne scars so well. But unfortunately for me even the lightest shade was just too dark. I have passed it onto my mother who loves it & she says it lasts for a very long time so no need to re-apply threw out the day ... Please bring out a lighter shade in this & i'm sure more people would purchase it :-)
