Makes your skin glow, covers imperfections and minimises the look of wrinkles. if you have dry skin this is definitely the foundation for you. I would advise visiting a store to get advice on the best shade for your colouring the first time you buy it.

I have been using this wonderful product since I tried a free sample from a magazine about 6 or 7 years ago. The no7 Just Neutral is great for all seasons. I have tried other clinique foundations & other brands, but for me nothing else compares. I did my own & my daughters make up for my wedding 4 years ago & everyone thought it was a professional job. I am always being told (despite being 48) that I have a lovely smooth complexion! My 23 year old Daughter has also been using Dewy Smooth since her teens as it helps to cover her acne scarring. An amazing product please try it!

My desert island product

I have used this foundation for 8 years and really can't imagine using another product. It creates a flawless finish and I am complimented on my skin all the time thanks to this little gem. My local Clinique counter stopped stocking it a few years ago for a while and I tried other more expensive foundations but none came close! It really does feel like a custom fit foundation and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

pros:

I purchased this foundation based upon the reviews that I read on this site. I was extremely disappointed as it did not flow nicely onto my skin - it felt very chalky. Also the finish is anything but dewy - whilst I have pretty good skin overall - the foundation actually accentuated the little lines in the corners of my eyes. It gave a dry look overall and I am really really disappopinted as I had such high expectations after what I had read.

Having tried various foundations over the years I have found a new favourite with Dewy Smooth!The moist texture allows for smooth and even application-no patches here! I also find that the foundation has real lasting power-throughout the day my skin feels in good condition (not too oily, not too dry).The foundation gives a lovely appearance too-not too matt, not too shiny just natural and glowing!The only problem is Dewy Smooth doesnt seem to be available in most stores-I've had to buy it from the website...but that does mean I get my two free samples!A great foundation. Try it!

pros:

I usually use the superfit range but wanted something a bit more subtle and moisturising. I looked on the website and did the foundation finder test and it suggested this one although when I purchase it again I will go for a less peachy colour than the one recommended during the test.The foundation does go on smoothly but there is more of an art to blending it than the superfit range. It also did not stay put during the very hot weather we have just had it tended to slide off.Its a lot more illuminating and it has made me look younger around my eyes and of course it has the added benefit of SPF.

I have used this product in 04 New Ivory for ages and it gives a good coverage while being very moisturising. However I have been told by different Clinique ladies 3 times now that it is soon to be discontinued (colour or product I don't know). I have tried other Clinique foundations for dry skin but the coverage is so 'transparent'. Please please keep it in the range!

I am so very, very disapointed that you have discontinued shade 02 Cream. I have used this shade for years after trying many different brands and finding that nothing suited my skin colour or type.It was my dream foundation and I would have given it 5 stars before and said it was perfect. I have never used a foundation that has suited my skin so well. I can no longer use it however as 04 is far too dark for my Scottish skin and I now have a bottle that I can't use. I have very dry skin and like a dewy finish and full coverage, so unless 02 is brought back, I don't know if I can use Clinique foundation any longer. Please bring back the lighter shades!

I have used this foundation for years and there is nothing else like it on the market, I work for a cosmetics company (not clinique) and do free lance make up so as you can imagine i have tried many products dewy smooth is my all time favourite. I really hope you never discontinue it as i love it but i have noticed the range of colours is not as vast as it was. This foundation leaves my skin dewy healthy looking and with a great coverage and i have and do recommend it to friends and clients.

pros:

A lovely foundation, it leaves my skin smooth and dewy - just as it says on the bottle. My skin feels comfortable and soft all day, the colour lasts well. It also suits my skin type as it is fragrance free (I am allergic to fragrance.) Good coverage of the few red areas on my face. The colour (sweet beige) suits me well. Unfortunately, though, this foundation is being discontinued and it will be hard to find an alternative.

As well as doing all it says on the jar, I find this product provides excellent coverage, matches my skin colour perfectly (originally chosen for me by a Clinique counsellor in a store), hides imperfections such as brown spots and small discoloured patches, is smooth and easy to apply, and lasts to the end of the bottle. I do not need to use much at a time. No other product I have tried covers my skin so well or is so effective, and I have tried lots of new products promising to do more.

I have been using dewy smooth make-up for years and find it the perfect foundation for my skin. I am devastated to learn it has now been disconntinued and although you still sell it on-line there are only two shades to choose from. I use Natural Warmth which is not one of them. I have tried to find a comparable foundation with other brands, but nothing comes closed to Dewy Smooth. My mum also uses this foundation and is lost without it, as I am. I've been using this foundation for atleast 6 years and on several occasions I've tried to switch to cheaper brands, only to find I've wasted my money and that the colour is wrong/they gather in creases or cake around spots. I've got a strange combination of acne and skin dryness and this foundation has honestly been my saving grace over the years - 07 just neutral suits my skin colour which is a bit unique in the uk it seems too. This foundation gives excellent coverage and moisture, and I can only conclude if it hasn't been selling well its down to marketing!! Please relaunch it, its a nightmare trying to find a replacement and it was what always brought me back to your counters without fail!

I have used Dewy Smooth foundation for several years, and have received many compliments on my skin. I cannot tell you how disappointed I was to learn that it has now been discontinued. Why It's an amazing product? I have very dry skin, but this foundation plumps up my skin and gives it an even tone, with a lovely dewy look all day. I decided to try the Repairwear, anti ageing, but it felt heavy, and after an hour or so my skin looked dull and dry. A complete waste of money. I also bought the Supermoist makeup, but it's not for me. Now I'm scouring the internet trying to find the last dregs of my fave foundation. In the meantime, I'll have to start checking out other foundations.

i have used dewy smooth for years - it is the best foundation and went perfectly with my superdouble face powder. the colour (07 just neutral) was perfect and teh texture was lush - i have no idea what foundation i am to use now.lady at clinique counter said it is not one of the popular ones so that is why it has been discontinued. however - i got back into the office at work - not very happy and had a little grumble to the girls....i was surprised to hear that two of the girls also had the same problem - if it was so unpopular then why were their two dewy smooth users in the same room as me? i think clinique has lost a few customers - and i spent a fair bit of money on their products. such a shame
