I have very bad promblem skin with at least one new blemish every day and look more like a 15 year old than a 27 year old, so I need good cover, I am however very careful of the sun, and so I need more cover. I hate wearing make up, and I love Super City block as it is tinted it covers all my spots perfectly, I genuinely look like I am wearing foundation. thanks Clinique this is the best 2 in 1 ever!

pros:
My skin has recently become very sensitive to the sun with dark spots appearing on my cheeks. I was looking for a high SPF without the stickiness and pore-blocking qualities of a sunscreen. It took me a while and my dermatologist recommended this to me in the end.It's great. Feels great on my skin and provides a good base. In fact I can wear it on it's own and it makes my skin look much more even. I'm hooked!

I have used City Block for about 15 years. My skin looks at least 10 years younger than it is and I am sure it is down partly to this product.I use it 365 days of the year. Great make up base.

I've been using this product for almost two years and will always use it! It gives excellent protection from sun and city grime - last summer the sun was hotter than i realised so my arms got a little burnt but my face did not get damaged at all. It is a great age-preventer as well as protectioner. And it gives your skin a natural healthy glow. You SHOULD be using this!

I have been searching for the perfect sunblock, I have tried many products on the market finding them very heavy, chalky, white or greasy. I came across this one whilst browsing on the internet and am in love with it. Its fantastic I have been using it for quite a while now and have found that my skin, which is Asian, medium brown and very prone to tan has not tanned at all. I use it as a make up primer or on a lot of days, alone, it makes my skin look even, it is very lightweight and perfect for my comination skin.I must admit I was slightly deflated upon receiving the item thinking this won't last me a week, but you will be glad to know it is very sheer and a little goes avery long way. I use mine daily and one tube lasts 2-3 months.

The best ever facial suncream

I was looking for a suncream that i could use specifically for my face and didnt look like i could fry an egg on it after application as most body suncreams do. I tried clinique as i have very sensitive skin and usualy have to buy hypo-allergenic products. I know clinique is a great brand for sensitive skin. I adore this suncream and have been using it religiously all year round for 2 years now. Very lightweight formula, smells great, and a little goes a long way so i always buy the smaller bottle. It lives in my handbag as its such a handy size to carry around. I will never go back to buying off the shelf suncream for my face !

I love this product, it seems to last all day and makes my skin look even and sheer.The only criticism I'd have is it says it is suitable for the eye area but since I've been using it I've found my eye area has really dried out. I think I'd suggest avoiding using it there. I'd love to see an eye specific sun cream from Clinique.

I brought this product specifically for a sailing trip in which I new I would need extra sun protection. It worked brilliantly, my skin had no signs of sun damage as it usually does after I sail. It's also great as an everyday form of sun-protection specifically for the face & a great make up base!

I can not go a day without wearing this... Rain or shine I know it is protecting my face. It is great as a base coat for when I do wear makeup & helps to make it stay put longer. Normally I do not use much makeup & this gives me just enough finish for normal days.

pros:
This product is a great buy. I'm very fair skinned so need a high SPF cream for my face. Most I've used before left my face greasy, smelt bad and caused breakouts. This product is oil free which suits my already oily skin! I havn't had any breakouts from it and left my skin with a lovely glow. It's also a great primer and evens out my skin tone slightly, meaning I have to wear less make-up! Without a doubt one of the best SPF creams I've found on the market!

I truly cannot express how much I cannot live without this product. I am photosensitive and endured years of clammy, thick, white, non absorbant creams to get the higher protection I needed. I recently could not get this so got another premier brand with a higher SPF and it was awful, I noticed immediatley my brown spots getting darker and the product was greasy, which on my combo skin is not good. I went straight out and sourced this again. I wear it 365 days of the year. It is also a great base for makeup and can even be worn alone if you are brave enough. I do not look my age partly because I avoid the sun but when exposed am fully protected. Clinique really is my diva demanding Sun Protection fairy !!

I have been using the Super City Sun Block for ages as i can wear it on its own on hot days to protect myself from the sun or i wear it under my usual foundaton on cooler days knowing i still have protection from the rays.It is fantastic as a make up base as it gives a perfect finish and seems to hide any imperfections.

Super city block is definitely a good sun protection but its oily during summers and very dry during winters.Yesterday, when I got back home in the evening my face was very dry and I had deep lines under my eyes with City block settled in those lines. I was not at all happy to see my face in the mirror. I am 30 but I looked like 45 and it left a pale white and dull tint on my face.I think this sun block is suitable for people in there 20's or who have very oily skin.

As I do not use foundation and finish my cleansing with Repairwear Uplifting Moisturiser, which consequently does not contain an SPF, I find Cityblock an excellent skin protector whilst also giving me a lovely base without the need for a foundation to be applied on top. So if you like a natural look then this product would be great for you.

This was my first clinique product. I bought it when I was 16 (now 36) for a holiday in Florida...and I haven't stopped buying it since. It's great. I think my face has "aged well" thanks to this. I don't wear it everyday in the winter, but I do in the summer. It's not as light as the SPF 25 one, but I like that better, it's a bit pigmented, but not cakey, and has a lovely scent to it, despite being unfragranced.
