I use the moisture surge for thirsty skin. Even though my skin is combination type 2, it suffers dehydration in the winter months especially with the fluctuating temperatures in and out. My wife bought this cream last week and I have claimed it. Its that good, so much so that after daily runs in all weathers my skin retains moisture and isn`t weather beaten. I top it off with CITY BLOCK SPF 25 or 40 for complete protection. ANOTHER CLINIQUE WINNER.

This is amazing... my skin naturally does not need a lot of moisturising but sometimes it does.. I have recently had a cold and my face felt really dry and nothing would make it feel better than my moisture surge... my skin feels the same after I have been in a hot shower, nothing will do apart from my moisture surge.. it just feels so lovely on the skin, not heavy or greasy. I love it and would recommend it 100%.

I regularly struggle with dry, tight feeling skin. I used the moisture surge gel as well as dramatically different and that worked quite well. This cream however is amazing. It is much richer than the gel and lasts on the skin for a long time. If you find you need a bit more than the gel, you will love this.

Im really impressed with this moisturiser. Only a little is needed for the entire face. Doesn't make my skin shiny. Nice smell. Prefer this to any of the men's moisturiers. I use morning and night and wake up with great looking skin.

I have just put this cream on for the first time today and am unimpressed. Initially, my skin felt more hydrated but after having it on bare skin for a few hours my skin feels very tight and uncomfortable. I do have very dry and sensitive skin and am prone to excema down my t-zone. I am very disappointed with this product as it's expensive and doesn't do the job it claims to do.

I suffer from very dry skin every winter, but this year it's the worst it's ever been and for the first time incredibly painful. My usual brand of skincare just wasn't doing the job and I was beginning to become incredibly miserable and embarrassed. I saw this product advertised and thought that it wouldn't hurt to try. I'm so glad I did. The first night I used it, I woke up the next morning and my face wasn't sore and the dry skin was less noticeable. By the 3rd application my dry skin was gone, like it has been melted away. My skin is now glowing and I'm able to wear make up again. If this product doesn't win any industry awards this year I will be gobsmacked. It's heaven in jar!

Yes this cream did calm my skin and felt nice, but this is short lived. By the afternoon my skin is feeling irritated and sore on my chin. Comfort on call was ideal it calmed the irritation, cleared my red flaking chin and my skin felt and looked good. Like many of the other reviews, I too wish Clinique would bring back comfort on call!!

I received this as a sample, and would be purchasing it if it was in a tube, not jar. It has a lightweight, silky feel, and is absolutely lovely under foundation. It makes the foundation finish really smooth and blend better. I think its lightweight and doesn't feel greasy to me, but maybe not as thick and nourishing for ppl who want intense moisture. It's a gel not a cream. I had a real issue with dryness and found it was my cleanser. I also use a 2% salycilic acid toner which has done wonders. I don't have acne, but do have rosacea on cheeks. These things cleared up my severe dryness.

Until now, always a Clinique regular. However, after you deleted Comfort on Call I've wasted too much money on your products trying to find a substitute. I have dry, sensitive,eczema prone skin and nothing else has ever come close to imparting such comfort during a breakout. It seems that demand for Comfort on Call is still there - why not re-introduce?

I normally use Moisture Surge, so when I saw Moisture Surge Intense I thought I would give it a go, especially as it was winter and my skin was a little more dry than normal. I was so disappointed in this cream as it is nothing like moisture surge and I feel as though I have been misled by it's name. The cream feels heavy compared to the light, water-like Moisture Surge which I am used to. It also makes my skin feel greasy all day.I have given this cream two stars as it does hydrate my skin, but I think it would be better suited as a night cream where it can be washed off in the morning.

I can't tell you how pleased I am to have discovered this product. I have always suffered from dry skin - as a teenager this was a blessing as it meant I didn't really get spots. However, as I got older the dryness became more problematic and a search for something to relieve the tight dry skin ensued. Finally, in my 40's I have found Clinique Moisture Surge Intense! We have become best friends and cannot live without each other!The moisturising effect lasts all day without being heavy and claggy on your skin. It makes an excellent base for make up too, foundation glides on as if wearing a primer.I can't rave enough about this fantastic product - if youhave dry skin get to your nearest Clinique counter and try Moisture Surge intense for yourself.

I bought this after trying many creams that are just ok, I love this product compared to many others I have tried. A little goes a long way and I have had to adjust to using it sparingly. I do have to put it on at least 10 minutes before make up to let it soak in, otherwise you look a little shinny, but its fine if you leave it a while. Really pleased and would buy it again. The service was good, product arrived in 2 days even in the Christmas post :)

I suffer with VERY dry and sensitive skin and I've tried so many different prouducts and although some of them did work, it was never longlasting. I had this constant tight and uncomfortable skin and felt like I needed more hydration all the time and the winter months are even worse. I've only just started using the 3-step program and although it's still too early to say if it works for me or not, I can say that this moisture surge is absolutely excellent!! I bought this as the reviews were so great and it was also recommended by an online consultant as well as the consultant at the Clinique counter who did my skin consultation for the 3-step program. I started using it straight away and after only one use I could feel a difference and even the next day my skin still felt moistured even though I just use it at night. I use it at night after my 3-step program and it is absolutely amazing! My skin feels so hydrated and no more tightness during the day! I can literally not wait to get home at night so I can wash my face and put on this lovely hydrating moisture surge!! Loving it!!

I had a dreadful reaction to another skin care product (not clinique) resulting in dry sore contact dermatitis.I had some moisture surge moisturizer from a bonus time bag, in desperation I applied it. This product immediately soothed my skin.I have subsequently maintained use of this product,and it is fantastic moisturizer.The consistency is light,whitish gel, easily absorbed.Since beginning to use this product after 3step and after DDML, I can see it has made skin soft and glowing. In terms of amount to use, I use a tiny amount, two finger tips worth is genuinely sufficient.

I bought moisture intense moisturiser a couple of months ago. I was also given a tester of clinique clinical dark spot corrector. After using a small amount of both morning and evening (I am 38 years old) I have noticed a huge improvement in my skin. It is now much smoother and has a healthy pink hue. Family have also commented how much younger I look, compared to a photo of me taken seven years ago! My father in law said, "whatever you are doing you should keep doing. You have found the fountain of youth!!!"
