pros:
I suffer from eczema, and I bought this to use as an everyday facial moisturiser after having a free consultation with a lady at the clinique counter in john lewis. It is nice to be able to use a lovely thick protecting cream without the horrible medical smell that I have got so used to over the years. The main benefit though is that it softens and smoothes my skin, aswell as providing 10 hour moisture. I wish that I could afford to use more Clinique products.

Comfort On Call is the best product I've tried. I had a bad allergic reaction and treatment form my doctor was only partly effective. Comfort on call made a difference within an hour of application and the problem cleared up within a week!

I have suffered with eczema all my life. steroid creams are not the best thing to use on your face but weak ones were the only thing that kept my face clear. I tried comfort on call and from the first use it worked. Can't praise it highly enough!

I have had all sorts of lotions and creams from my doctor to try and alleviate my red, sore, itchy. dry and flakey pathces on my face and neck, which flare up when they feel like it. I have used Clinique since I was 15 (32 years ago), so when I saw this new cream, I thought it was worth a try, and all ll I can say is I will never be without it again. Thank you so much.

pros:
I run a lot and bought this cream last winter to "revitalise" my skin in winter, ie when it's dry and flaky. It was excellent. However, from reading reviews I see it's good for ecsema and skin suffering an allergic reaction. I have a wheat allergy which causes my skin to flare up when I've eaten wheat (inadvertently). Next time I will try this rather than my usual steroid creams. A brilliant buy !

For ages I have suffered from sore, red, chapped skin on my face, especially the chin area. No cream seemed to work, then I tried comfort on call and within days the problem was resolved. I now use the cream as and when needed and have had no more severe flare ups. Highly recommend this product to anyone experiencing similar problems.

pros:
I tend to suffer with sore, irritated dehydrated skin especially around the beard area. I have tried lots of different moisturisers but often find that they don't seem to moisturise and soothe deeply enough. Comfort on Call is fantastic-very soothing and moisturising, especially during winter as it acts like a barrier cream. Also, it helps to reduce redness. It is rather expensive, but the price is well worth it as you only need to use a small amount each time. I think the key is to use as little as possible - this gives effective relief without leaving your skin feeling greasy. Brilliant, thank you.

pros:
I have very dry and sensitive skin that requires several applications of moisturiser a day. I used to use medical preparations, most of which used to sting and leave my face looking shiny and greasy. This cream however, is easily absorbed, does not sting and usually requires 2 applications a day, morning and evening. It really is the best face cream I have ever used.

pros:
I've not been lucky with my skin recently. Everything seems to irritate it, the cold snap did it no favours that's for sure. Nor did the over heated office I work in. In mounting my one woman battle with my skin, I have tried a fair few skin creams. This really helped calm my skin down, and certainly gave it that moisture kick it needs. It's helped it settle down really well, and I'd certainly recommend it to others. And don't feel you have to have a problem before you use it, if you suffer from dry skin you'd be mad not to try this.

Absolutely fantastic! I was having a very bad few months with my skin - menopausal, irritated, dry, spotty, puffy and prone to eczema & redness. I was really fed up and then the Clinique consultant recommended this and I was desperate ... totally amazed at the results and the improvement in my skin - it calmed down, the dryness, redness, spottiness disappeared - my skin has not looked so good for years! It's not cheap, but definitely worth it - how much does a one off facial cost after all?!!

Absolutely love it! Bought it a few days ago as a last resort as my skin was sooo bad nothing would keep it moisurised and nourished for more than half an hour. I had lots of spots that only get worse when my skin wasn't hydrated. After a few days I have no spots and no redness, itchiness... nothing!! This cream is a lifesaver! Can't believe how much different my skin feels only after a few days of using it! It's a little expensive but IT WORKS!!! I'm sticking to it!

I have been using this cream since last September- I have suffered from facial eczema since I was a teenager, but my skin had got worse in recent years. Although this is a little pricey, I have not been able to find anything else that lasts as long to keep my face hydrated during the day! I have looked and looked for something that will do the same job for less, but this formulation is simply great and for me is worth the money! Thank you Clinique- I no longer have to moisturise my face every hour!

pros:
I love this product. I started using the cream after my skin became extremely dry following dermatological medication. My skin would react to all other products by either breaking out or flaring up with eczema. I couldn't win either way. Until I discovered Comfort on Call. Now my skin has desensitised I do find it quite greasy as a day cream (I now use Even Better which is also fantastic), but I still use it as a night cream. It leaves me with baby soft skin in the morning. If you react to everything else, if you have acne and/or dry skin problems, then this is the cream for you.

I've only been using this cream for a few days but it's proven an absolute godsend! I have very dry, eczema prone skin which drinks up moisturisers like nothing on earth, leaving me applying moisturiser every couple of hours at least - and even then only really controlling the dryness, not getting rid of it. However, using comfort on call twice a day (morning and evening), my skin has been at it's best in months! No redness, zero irritation and best of all, even within a few days I've seen some of my very stubborn dry patches look dramatically better. Using this in combination with 'all about eyes rich' has left my skin looking its best in months, and without irritating my eczema - worth every penny!

I first tried Clinique Comfort on Call when I had returned from holiday and my face felt very dry, tight qnd itchy from over exposure to sun, sea and chlorine too. Putting Comfort on Call on for the very first time was such a relief - pure bliss!!I've used it ever since. I have very sensitive skin and other creams can make me itch (usually around the jaw line) by using this relief cream every night my skin is much more comfortable and looks good too. Id advise anyone with dry sensitive skin to use it.

I have been using this product for only a couple of days now and it is brilliant. I always have really bad red dry patches on my cheeks but using this a couple of times a day has really improved my skin! Even though it hasn't totally made a really huge difference yet, I'm really confident that in a few weeks I wil be super happy with the skin on cheeks from the changes it has already made. It's taken the redness down so much, but it does feel quite dry and rough still. I love it and I think it's gona last me years! Haha

Please do not discontinue! I have extremely sensitive dry skin and have battled it for most of my 31 years. I found this cream a couple of years ago and loved it. Not only is it fantastic on the skin, it's great under make up too. My other moisturisers I get from the doctors stop foundation from sitting on the skin - so this was great.

This cream is amazing, the only thing that works on my skin, nothing the doctors perscribe can even come close to the level of moisturisation and relief from irritation. It is so hard to find a good moisturiser, like this one and I think it is a major mistake discontinuing. It seems I'm one of many that thinks this!
