pros:
My skin is extremely oily and two hours after applying foundation and powder they're usually slipping off my skin. This powder absorbs the oil for a further two hours before needing to be freshened up. If I can't manage to freshen, I can blot it with a tissue and the effect is a matte finish. It's lightweight and doesn't clog, feels really good.

I can't remember how long I have been using this - as long as it's been available I expect.It is perfect in every way. It blots oiliness but leaves the skin looking fresh and natural- not dry or caked and chalky.I use different colours according to the time of year - 03 and 08 - and sometimes blend them together to get the best colour match between seasons. I like the fact that's it's quite matte as it's more forgiving on wrinkles - those irridescent powders can make a slightly older skin look older yet.I team this with my Clarifying Foundation (which i have to source from the US it having been discontinued here a while ago) , apply Rosy Blush in the creme stick and them a 'pop' of powder blush on top of the blended powder. The look sounds overdone, but it's actually very natural and very youthful..all the textures combine beautifully..and last very well throughout the day.Don't stop making it!

pros:
I have used the compact powders, but find that it doesn't last as long and have to applyu. However am pleased that it is a huge tub and just apply it using the brush really makes a difference my foundation shade is bisque and i bought transperecy 2 which goes perfectly well and should last me ages!

I have used transparency neutral 08 for years as I love this powder. I use it alone as I don't like foundation and want a more natural finish. This still covers well without foundation. I am very pale and the shade suits me perfectly. I have recently purchased number 20 invisible blend as I have a bit of a tan and I didn't think it would look good at all as it's quite a dirty colour in the pot and I am still quite pale but it's really light and natural, even lighter than my normal shade in consistency. For a summer natural look I would definitely recommend it!

This is definitely my HG powder and it goes well with my MAC Studio Fix Fluid and Pro Longwear Foundation (for reference I'm NC42). I use 'transparent 03' shade and this is a great product for setting your foundation AND blotting oiliness. It doesn't leave that 'white cast/mask' look aove your foundation which I really like. The product leaves my skin looking mattified and soft texture - as if it was airbrushed or something! Ever since I started using this face powder, I have been receiving compliments from friends. I would highly recommend this product for anyone that's looking for a good quality and effective face powder for setting your maekup!.

This powder is amazing, whether its worn alone or with foundation. Even wearing it alone evens the skin out (like you're wearing foundation) So soft on the skin and lightweight,no powder smell to it also.Gives your skin a flawless look AND it comes in really light shades too :D (i got mine in transparency neutral 08)

This powder is so fine and I cant live without it. I was introduced to this about 5 years ago in a department store and I have tried others but I always come back to this. I wont use any other powder as it does keep my make up intact all day. I have combination skin and the oil on my nose and forehead used to melt my make up . This powder however is heaven sent in my eyes my make up stay even for hours. You wont be dissapointed.

Having been a lifelong user of many clinique products and reading reviews on your foundation and skin enhancing products I can honestly endorse this blended face powder as being the 'wonder powder' of all makeup. It conceals it holds in moisture it gives skin a flawless appearance with a healthy glow. So whatever you apply to your face be it concealer or foundation make sure you use this powder. It can be worn alone for a natural finish or over foundation but it is truly the secret ingredient for a perfect face!

For about a year now, I've been using this powder everyday to correct my skin tone and texture. I've been using it over my makeup which makes me look so natural!! My makeup stays in place the whole day without sliding off like it use to, because I have very very oily skin. The powder sets makeup giving the most flawless photo ready finish!! I love this and can't live without it, the small retractable brush is so amazing to apply the powder quickly, especially when on the go or travelling. Love it!
