Clinique's Redness Solution products are a godsend to sufferers of Rosacea. I have only recently started using the range and I haven't used my prescribed medication since. Apart from this - the cleanser has a lovely silky feel, gently removes all traces of makeup and leaves the skin refreshed.

Nice, gentle cleanser.Doesn't irritate my skin, but doesn't reduce the persistant redness I suffer from. Worth trying if you have sensitive skin-lasts a long time, so not as expensive as you might think.

pros:

I switched to this product from another brand of cleanser, and I am very happy with the choice. After several weeks of use, the redness is definitely improving. I love the texture of this cleanser, and my skin always feels so soft and rejuvenated afterwards. Definitely worth a try!

Ive had redness around my nose and chin for as long as i can remember, recently had a harsh rash on my face and was recommended to try clinique as its allergy free. I was advised by the very helpfull clinique assistant that i should try the redness range,i wasnt too confident to be honest as ive tried alot of high profile products. I got the cleanser,moisturiser & urgent relief cream. After just a few days i saw a difference,my face no longer has any redness,i can leave the house without make up its that good!! my skin has never looked or felt better, no redness and so soft and smooth. I am now completely converted to clinique products from now on. THANKS CLINIQUE!!!!

Best cleanser for sensitive skin

I love this product and all the Redness Solutions range. I have such sensitive skin that turns red easily in extreme temperatures but since using this range, I feel confident to keep it under control. All the Redness range are non-greasy and I use a mineral powder on top for a lovely skin feeling for the whole day. This wash helps calm my skin in the morning if it flares up and I use it every day as gentle cleanser and rinse off with luke warm water and my skin feels great.

I have moderate rosacea and my skin has got more and more sensitive over the years. I was highly sceptical about this as I hadn't had much luck with Clinique cleansers in the past. Even the extra mild liquid facial soap made my skin tight and gave me breakouts.However, I've been using this for a few weeks now and I'm finding it great. My skin feels and looks clean but isn't tight or itchy after use. I'm finding it most comfortable used when rinsed off with tepid water as instructed. So far it's my favourite of the redness solutions products.

pros:

I have tried many cleansers over the years and this has to be the best. for a long time I thought I had spot prone skin and it was only after visiting the clinique counter in boots that I was encouraged to try the anti redness range. I am so glad I did as it has made such a difference. I panic when I am running out of this cleanser and wouldn't be without it.

I was seeing a dermatologist and told him id tried hundreds of products but everything irritated my skin. 20 years of trying. He casually asked if id tried clinique cleansers and moisterisers. I hadnt but went straight out and purchased this product. Ive used it for a week now and WOW i wished i had found it sooner! So far soo great!I never recommend products but felt the need to with this to some of my friends.Very pleased and will try other clinique products now!

I have used this product since last September (2010), just before my wedding, as I was anxious to find something that would get rid of my rash-like redness on my face together with dryness, but was also worried about my skin being so sensitive, and so this was recommended to me by the lady on the Clinique counter to try. I could not believe how quickly it worked - my skin literally started to look better in just a few hours of applying it, and in just a few days, my redness and rash were gone and my skin didn't feel thirsty anymore! I have been using this product, along with the redness solutions moisturiser every day since, and my skin has never looked better. My husband said that my skin now looks like porcelain. Please try this product if like me, you have problems with redness and/or a rash or dryness. It really does work. :-)

Redness soothing cleanser

a miracle in a tube

I love this product. It is the only one that doesn't make my skin sore. It really is a miracle in a tube. The only problem is you cant get it anywhere at the moment and this has been the case since Nov 2010. I know there has been problems with packaging, but to be honest clinique I dont care what it looks like I am only concerned about whats inside perhaps you should consider putting this product in a temporary tube or pot until you can solve the problem that you have. My skin is really getting fed up and so am I.

Lovely cleanser

pros:

I bought this as I have bought almost everything else in the Redness Solutions range - day cream, foundation, powder etc. The reviews on this site were really good so I was keen to get some. I have used it for a week or two now and it is a lovely cleanser but I can't say it has done anything to help my redness! I think I would buy again as good value for money, you really only need a little bit for the whole face.

pros:

The product itself is great and already I am seeing a difference. However, the design of the lid means lots of wastage (you have to unscrew the lid and squeeze and the product comes out through a hole in the centre, so when you screw the lid to close, more product comes out).

i love the redness cleanser but it's been out of stock for such a long time. i was told by clinique that they were changing the packaging as they wern't happy with it. i finally discovered that frasers in glasgow had the new stock and i purchased two tubes only to find that the packaging is exactly the same.could this just be old stock perhaps? well at least i've got my fave cleanser again,!!

This the best Cleanser I have ever used and does exactly what it says! It gently melts away all make-up leaving skins feeling fresh and clean. I have sensitive skins but this product left no redness. I am in my mid 30's and have combination skin that is growing more unpredictable everyday. I have rosacia although mild with additional redness caused by broken capillaries. I have tried everything from other department store counter brands to trendy brands and organic/natural brands. There was always something lacking or not quite right. Today I purchased the redness solution cleanser, daily cream, spf along with lazer focus. I cried when I saw the results after one application. My skin was calm and less red and as the day worn on, more even toned with redness all but unnoticeable and that was without makeup. I couldnt wait to try it again before bedtime. I am impressed, my skin is happier and I feel like my wait is over and I can confidently get on with my day to day activities without having to worry about my redness. The cleanser is so calming and effective, lazer focus sounds like it will be very strong on the skin but it is so gentle and so effective, the cream is devine and the spf glides on. It is all oil free but doesnt leave my skin thirsty. I can not endorse these products enough.

Not felt any difference with this. Doesn't remove make-up so found myself having to buy 2 cleansers and this is expensive.Having said that it does calm my skin after anight out but I am nothing seeing anything that a good glass of water would provide.

This cleanser is good works and is good for sensitive skin and over time gets rid of redness on face and best thing is it lightly exfoliates so stops breakouts so you dont have to buy a separate exfoliator, is 2 in 1 :-)... love this product but was soo angry when it discontinued around the world due to some packaging issue made me soo angry just when your skin gets used to a cleanser you have to find a alternative for a few months. I hope Clinique never get rid of this cleanser ever again.

I have been using the cream twice a day for the last week. Along side 2 other products I have seen a reduction in redness but I'm still in trial.I don't think the cleanser on its own will reduce redness but it leaves skin feeling soft, clean and moisturised. It has also helped clear up some of my achne and as I'm a guy I tried it as a shaving cream which works brilliantly.

Consistently solid performer

When I stop using this product my skin feels tight, irrated, and is much more prone to spots. This product - combined with the daily relief cream and the mineral powder has transformed my skin from red and irritable to a complexion which people make positive comments on. I also use the "Even Better" foundation. I've tried other "redness" products which are slightly cheaper, but I have kept buying this range from Clinique for the last three years. In times of recession there's lots of sacrifices to be made. These products are some of the last things I'd ever give up! Thank you Clinique.

I discovered redness solutions products about Christmas time. My skin reacts to most products, I have tried almost everything. I was using clary 2 and ddml, which was working fine, but this is even better, just this and the redness solutions moisturiser and the foundation gives me a really even skin tone all of the time.
