pros:
I first tried this product as a little free sample and liked it so much I bought it. I have very dry sensitive skin and this is the only cleanser that doesn't irritate and leave my skin feeling tight and with flaky patches, I'm going to try the milk version next. It may be more expensive than some other cleansers you can buy but it lasts forever, I've had mine for around 4-5 months and still some left. Highly recommend this product.

pros:
I brought this product and I was unsure whether it would remove all my make up including mascara. I was extremely impressed with this product when I tried it.The balm feels great on your skin and does exatcly what it says in the write upI cant see me using any other product than this.I would definately recommend this product to anyone.

I've been using this cleansing balm for a few days now. I bought it because I wanted something to take all my make-up off without the need for separate eye and face cleansers. A small amount spreads easily and literally melts all the makeup off - even waterproof mascara. I rinse off with a damp flannel and am ready for the 3-step face wash.It's quick - it's easy and looks like it'll last for ages.

I am very much a 'wash and go' kind of girl when it comes to my beauty regime - I get seduced by complicated products that promise the world, but I always end up losing interest and feeling like it's all too much hassle. This product is different, though. I apply just a small amount and jump in the shower to rinse. It dissolves all my make-up, even my waterproof mascara, quickly and without fuss. There's no faffing about afterwards removing the last remnants of eyeliner from under my eyes, which used to leave my skin puffy and red.I was worried it would be greasy, but it rinses off cleanly and quickly, leaving my skin feeling clean and really soft.I always used to use a basic facewash, but am completely sold on this, and even though it's more expensive, I can't imagine going back to my old products.

Love this stuff - gets all your waterproof, long-lasting, super-duper make-up off without rubbing or scrubbing. My fear is that I can't search for it on this Clinique website anymore, which implies they are discontinuing it. Please don't Clinique!

This is my 2nd purchase of this cleanser, it really is the best I've ever used, takes all make-up off including waterproof in a matter of moments, and it doesn't dry the skin out either, plus it lasts ages, this is fabulous product

pros:
This product is brilliant at melting away waterproof mascara with minimal rubbing. One of the best I've found for doing what it says on the tin.However, getting the make up remover off my skin is difficult; I've found you have to add water bit by bit for it to rinse off, and it still leaves a residue, so you need to cleanse afterwards.Also whenever I use it on my eyelids, it makes my vision really blurred for about 10 minutes, but it doesnt irritate my eyes at all.
