This new addition to All about Eyes is absolutely brilliant; feels cool, works almost instantly and really helps reduce eye bags after a long day. The assistant recommended putting it in the fridge which also sounds a good idea but even without it complements the other products really well and can be used over makeup so will be in my make up bag permanently!

pros:

I'm a new mum so I bought this product looking for something to correct my puffy, dark-circled eyes that come from a lack of uninterrupted sleep. WOW!! What a difference! The roller ball is very cooling and pleasant and the serum weightless. I think this product will also last a long time and is very portable. Every girl should have this in her arsenal and if they haven't already - Clinique need to package this for the guys, too. I'm already having a hard time keeping my husband away from mine! Seriously though - this is a product well worth the money and one I will definitely be buying again. Thanks, Clinique!

This is a great new product from Clinique, i've been using it for about a month now and am convinced that the dark shadows under my eyes have faded. It's lovely to put on during the day when i'm feeling a bit tired, seems to perk my eyes up and i feel brighter instantly. Not a bad price either, i think it will last months.

I bought this product as I have overdone it a little over the party season and it was showing a bit round the eyes. It instantly cools and soothes, leaving your eyes feeling totally refreshed. It is perfect to pop in your handbag so you can use again throughout the day if you wish.

The applicator is nothing short of gimmicky. I find it awkward to use - either I end up with too little product or not enough. I cannot say that I have seen any real advantage to using the product, but if the packaging was different I might feel more favourably towards it. In the meantime there are plenty of better alternatives available in the market.

I bought this on a whim and it's lovely. Very refreshing.I don't have a set time that I apply it, just whenever I'm feeling tired or I need perking up. The idea of the serum is to get those bags out quick and it certainly does that.I highly recommend this to everyone. It's as lovely as moisture surge and it's great for those dreaded bags which appear out of nowhere!

This is the best de-puffing product ever, i suffer so bad from puffy eyes and had tried Every product going, but none worked. after spending fortunes trying to find the perfect product which would stop me looking so sleep deprived, i came across this in a magazine. its so easy to use, and can even use it over makeup! well worth the money. and on days without it you can really see and feel the differnce.

I have been using this product since it was introduced. I work shifts and suffer with puffy eyes and use this with All About Eyes Rich Cream. The two together work really well. I have tried everything from cucumber to tea bags but nothing comes close to these products. I still get puffy eyes but they are dramatically reduced. My useful tip - Splash eyes first thing in the morning or when you wake up with copious amounts of cold water. Once you have cleansed your face use this product. After 5 -10 minutes moisturize with All About Eyes Rich. For even better results store your serum in the fridge. Lasts longer and gives an amazing cooling experience around the eyes.

We flew to Vegas and beneath my eyes were puffiness and dark next morning - I looked awlful.Flying back I bought this product as vegas airport duty free for $26 and used it 3 times before flying and before take off.we slept plenty back home and expecting my eyes to look so bad, they didn't. Normally they would. Thank you!!!!!!! My eyes should have looked much worse because of the time difference and travelling. Now I have tried this product and it worked and I have complete confidence in Clinique. I have cash over and will be using it to buy more products.It made me feel better about myself. Hope you do a man's version as have banned hubby from using it. !!!

Lovely item, it cools and refreshes the eye area and is so easy to use. Having used it for just a few days I started to notice an improvement already to the eye area, and a few weeks on my dark circles appear less obvious and the skin is firmer. Cooling and refreshing

pros:

I use this all the time at work, I do nightshifts a lot and my eyes get tired, this is an instant "pick me up", it goes with me everywhere. However, I didn't notice any effect on dark circles. Funnily enough, the "laser focus" serum, that's not actually marketed to do anything about dark circles, works like a dream for this particular problem!

I was thinking this would be great! it isn't - don't get me wrong, it isn't awful but it doesn't work wonders and personally i couldn't use it as my only eye cream - I find that I need another eye cream over the top. It feels cooling and soothing going on....reading other reviews people use it for when they travel to sooth and I think that would be nice and one of its better uses. I would say buy this as an extra eye product but not as your faithful - been out too late, one too many glasses of wine, need to get up early in the morning and need a bit of help eye cream - it wont cut the mustard!!!
