UK delivery options & charges (orders placed Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays):

An order can be delivered to one address only, and delivery charges are per order.

1. Standard Delivery - £3.95
FREE on orders over £30 or FREE on all orders for customers signed in to Clinique Smart Rewards.

Delivery within 3-5 working days. Courier delivers Mon-Sat.

2. Named Day Delivery - £6.50
Available on orders placed before 10pm Monday to Friday. Dispatched same day and delivery the following working day for orders placed by 10pm.

Track Order

The best way to keep up to date with the status of your order is to visit the track my order page. You can also click the link in your dispatch email, which you will receive as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

If you have not received a confirmation email within 24 hours or dispatch email within three working days after ordering, please check your junk/spam folder and any secondary email addresses you may have used before contacting us.

If you have placed your order with next day delivery, confirmation and dispatch emails should be received on the same day.

Please note the courier may not post tracking information online for up to 24 hours after the order is dispatched.

Order status descriptions

Processing

Your order is currently being processed into our warehouse system. Once your order is confirmed and accepted, it will appear as ‘In Warehouse’ status. 

In Warehouse

The order is now being managed by our Warehouse team, who will select, pick and package your order in time for dispatch.

Dispatched

Our courier has collected your order from our warehouse and is in the process of delivering it to you. You may track this delivery by clicking on your tracking number under ‘Order Details’.

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your Clinique purchase, simply return the unused products and we will refund your account for the amount of the purchase.

If your order was placed before October 1st, 2026, please re-package your items safely, include the order number and follow the instructions on www.royalmail.com to receive your free shipping returns label.

Orders placed on or after October 1st, 2026 - please process your return via our Returns Portal

Products ordered online or in-store with a valid receipt can be returned up to 30 days following their purchase date.

Discontinued Products

Sometimes a product has been discontinued and is no longer available for purchase. For assistance in finding a comparable replacement product, simply Chat with a Clinique.co.uk Consultant. One of our product experts will be happy to confirm if the product was discontinued and help find an alternate product.
