Who is the issuer of Clinique brand gift cards?
The issuer and sole obligor of Clinique brand gift cards is Estée Lauder Cosmetics Limited (trading as Clinique) . References in this FAQ to “we,” “our,” and “us,” mean Estée Lauder Cosmetics Limited.
How are gift cards delivered?
Clinique eGift Cards are delivered via email. The sender’s name is included for the recipient. There is no charge for email delivery. Clinique eGift Cards are issued by and represent obligations solely of Estée Lauder Cosmetics Limited.
Where can I redeem gift cards?
Clinique eGift Cards can only be redeemed online at https://www.clinique.co.uk. It may not be used in department stores, for mail order purchases or at airport locations.

Terms & conditions
These Clinique eGift Card terms and conditions govern the purchase and use of Clinique branded gift cards, including digital/electronic cards (collectively, the “Card”). The Card is issued by Estée Lauder Cosmetics Limited trading as Clinique (“Clinique”). By purchasing, accepting or using a Card, you agree to have read, understood and accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with this Agreement, do not purchase, use or accept the Card..
- Purchasing Your Card. Cards can be purchased at online at https://www.clinique.co.uk
2. Redemption.
a) The Card is redeemable only for purchases of goods or services at online at https://www.clinique.co.uk.
b) The Card cannot be used at Department Store Locations, airport locations or third-party owned locations.
c) The balance on the Card may be used for full or part payment of the GB Pounds sterling cost of Clinique goods or services. Any unused balance will remain on your Card until the date of expiry, at which point it will be removed and the Card will become inactive. No change will be given for any remaining value.
d) The Card is not a cheque guarantee, credit, debit or charge card. The Card has no cash value and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash (except as required by law).
e) Subject to promotional offer terms and conditions, the promotional offers may not apply to Card purchases. No VAT is charged when purchasing your Card, however purchases paid using the Card are subject to VAT.
f) Clinique reserves the right to refuse to honour any Card in the event of a disputed credit card charge, bounced check or other failure of consideration.
3. Balance Inquiry.

b) The balance you receive when inquiring is an estimate only. In most cases, the balance is adjusted immediately when you make a purchase, but there may be occasions when the balance adjustment is delayed.
4. Expiration/Deactivation.
a) Please see the terms on the https://www.clinique.co.uk/products/clinique-egift-card for the expiration date, if any. Cards purchase on and from 30 September 2026 will expire two (2) years from the date the Card was issued. Cards purchase before 30 September 2026 will expire after two (2) years, being 30 September 2028.
b) No fees for inactivity or service fees apply.

5. Returns.
a) No refunds are permitted with respect to the purchase of Cards.
b) Any accepted refund for an item which was paid for using a Card will be credited to the original Card used for the purchase. If the original Card has since expired or lost, please contact the Clinique Customer Service Team for assistance. For general information about returns, please see the Clinique RETURNS POLICY.
6. Lost Card - To the extent permitted by law, Clinique limits its liability to replacing faulty Cards. If your Card is lost, you can contact our Clinique Customer Service Team who may be able to to resend the eGiftcard email. Email will be sent to the recipient of the eGiftcard.
7. Not for Resale - Cards cannot be resold. Clinique may withdraw or cancel the Card and require an alternative form of payment if Clinique suspects that the Card may have been stolen, fraudulently used or obtained from unauthorized sellers / resellers (including through Internet auction sites).
8. Limitation of Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Clinique make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Card including, without limitation, any express or implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event that a Card is non-functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, shall be the replacement of such Card.
9. Variations. Clinique may vary, amend or supplement these terms and conditions at any time, including discontinuing the Card. Any variations will be effective upon the posting of the updated terms and conditions on the Clinique website. Your continued use of a Card after the posting of updated terms and conditions will be deemed as your acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
10. Governing Law. These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Card shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions.
