Terms and Conditions

• There will be 8 separate Free Prize Draws, one per week during the promotion period.
• Each Free Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter or its affiliate companies, their families, cohabitants, agents and anyone connected with the promotion.
• No purchase necessary.
• To enter, entrants must submit a tweet via Twitter or an Instagram post of their lips and use the hashtag #CliniquePopStop. The entrant must be wearing the Pop Lip Colour + Primer.  You must complete the details required for entry in full. Entry the Free Prize Draw will be automatic upon submitting your entry.     
• A limit of one entry per valid Twitter account / Instagram account / person will be accepted per day.
• The start date of the promotion is 3 August 2015, 09:00am.
• The closing date by which entries must be received for each week’s draw is Monday at 11:00am, and the final closing date is 28 September 2015, 11:00am.
• The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited. Anyone found to use multiple Twitter and Instagram accounts to enter will be ineligible.
• No responsibility is accepted for any entries that are incomplete, corrupted, lost or delayed or are unable to be sent because of any technical or other reason.  Proof of sending the entry will not be accepted as proof of delivery.

Prize:

• There will be 8 winners drawn, 1 for each of the 8 Free Prize Draws.  Each lucky winner will receive a prize consisting of take the day off makeup remover for lids, lashes & lips 125ml, Cheek pop in Peach pop 3.5g, high impact mascara in black 10g, Pop lip colour and primer in Nude Pop, Berry Pop, Passion Pop and Fab pop 1g
• The prize is as stated, is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
• Should the original prize become unavailable for any reason whatsoever, the Promoter may substitute a prize of comparable or greater value.
• The prize will be delivered to the winner. Delivery will be arranged between the winner and Clinique. Cost of delivery will covered by Clinique

Winner Selection:

• One Free Prize Draw will be carried out at 10.00 am every Monday during the period of the Promotion, with the first draw at 10.00 am on 10 August and the last at 10.00 am on 28 September 2015 under the supervision of an independent observer.
• There will be one prize-winner for each of the 4 Free Prize Draws who will be the first name drawn at random from all valid, completed entries for that Free Prize Draw.
• The prize-winners will be notified via the social platform through which they entered within 6 hour of each Free Prize Draw. 
• Should a prize-winner not respond within 48 hours the Promoter reserves the right to allocate the prize to another entrant.
• The results of the Free Prize Draws are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

General:

• Where the Promoter is unable to satisfy certain terms and conditions of this promotion due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the Promoter may modify such terms accordingly or, if necessary, suspend or discontinue the promotion.
• The prize-winners’ names and counties of residence can be obtained by sending a SAE to Clinique Glow Promotion, Clinique, 73 Grosvenor Street, London W1K 3BQ after 3 August 2015 and before 3 September 2015
• By entering a Free Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and that their names and counties of residence may be released if they win a prize.  They also agree to participate in any post-event publicity.
