WHERE IS MY ORDER?
The best way to keep up to date with the status of your order is to visit the Track My Order page. You can also click the link in your dispatch email, which you will receive as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
If you have an account, you can track your most recent orders by visiting the My Orders Status page in the My Account section.
After your order is dispatched you can track the delivery status of your order online with our courier by clicking on “View all Orders”.
Please note the courier may not post tracking information online for up to 24 hours after the order is dispatched.
ORDER STATUS DESCRIPTIONS
Processing
Your order is currently being processed into our warehouse system. Once your order is confirmed and accepted, it will appear as ‘In Warehouse’ status.
In Warehouse
The order is now being managed by our Warehouse team, who will select, pick and package your order in time for dispatch.
Dispatched
Our courier has collected your order from our warehouse and is in the process of delivering it to you. You may track this delivery by clicking on your tracking number under ‘Order Details’

Please note that products purchased between 1st November 2023 and 15th December 2023 with a valid receipt can be returned up to 14th January 2024. You will have the usual 30 days to return orders placed from 16th December.
Products excluded from this are:

- • Personalised goods
- • Services
This does not affect your statutory rights.
If for any reason you are not completely happy with your Clinique purchase, simply return the unused products and we will refund your account for the amount of the purchase.
To return your online order to us free of charge, please:
1. Print and complete our returns note which can be found here:

2. Re-package your items safely, including the completed returns note
3. Follow the instructions on www.royalmail.com to receive your returns label
Alternatively, you can carry out your own return using a courier of your choice, but please note that any postage costs obtained via independent return will not be reimbursed. Products ordered online or in-store with a valid receipt can be returned up to 30 days following their purchase date.

APPLYING AN OFFER CODE
To successfully apply an offer code to your order, you will need to be signed into your online account with email address and password.
Before entering your offer code, please fully read the Terms & Conditions associated with the offer/promotion, to ensure that your order meets the qualifying terms to be applied.
Only one offer code may be used per order and offer codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, including but not limited to sale items, new launches, gift sets, limited editions.
NOTE: Offers cannot be applied to orders placed outside of the qualifying promotional dates. Any orders placed before the start, and after the expiry of the offer, will not qualify for the offer to be added.
TROUBLE APPLYING OFFER CODE
Please ensure you are signed into your account at the time of placing the order before entering the offer code.
Check that your order does not contain any sale items, new launches, gift sets, or limited edition items.
Please ensure that the offer code being applied is formatted correctly, e.g. be aware of capital letters and any special characters.
If an offer does not appear to have applied to your order, please check your order qualifies before completing the transaction, as this will not auto-apply after checkout.

If you believe this is happening, please consult the help section of your email program or contact your ISP directly to see how to relax or remove the settings that filter or block email. If your provider is AOL:
Open the Email message.Click "Add to Address" icon.
The name and Email address from Email are pre-populated in the Add Contact pop-up. Verify that the information in these fields is correct.
Click "Save".
If your provider is Yahoo:
- Open the Email message
Click the "Add to Address Book" link on the far right.
The address will be automatically entered into your Yahoo! Address Book.
If your provider is Hotmail:
- Open the Email message.
Click "Save Address(es)" at the top of the message header.
If your provider is MSN:
- Open the Email message.
Click "Save Addresses" on the right.
Select the check box next to the address you want to save. You can also make changes to the contact information.
Click "Save".
You can order an eGift card online. This eGift card may be presented for payment for purchases online at Clinique.co.uk. This eGift card may be used to purchase merchandise but may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash. For any eGift card enquiry, balance enquiry, or to report a lost or stolen card, please call 08081 782064.
