• The Promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter or Fixative LLC or their affiliate companies, their families, cohabitants, agents and anyone connected with the Promotion.


• No purchase necessary.


• To enter, you must Retweet 1 of 3 #HalloweenLook posts from @Clinique_UK. Entry to the Promotion will be automatic upon Retweeting Clinique’s Halloween posts containing the hashtag #HalloweenLook. The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility to enter. The Tweets are as follows:

• All entries must be completed by the 24th October 2014. 1 entry will be drawn to win a Halloween Makeup Kit.

• If you are selected as one of the successful participants to win a Halloween Makeup Kit, you will be contacted via the channel you submitted your entry (e.g. Twitter) for your email address so that we can contact you for postage details.


• A limit of one entry per valid email address/person will be accepted.


• The start date of the Promotion is 22/10/14.


• The closing date by which entries must be received is 24/10/14 at 2pm.


• Entry must be made by the entrant, only at the Entry Site (Twitter). Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other address, including but not limited to commercial competitions, subscriptions, notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified from this Promotion. The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited.

• Entrants who submit their entry to the promotion, as per above, will be entered into a random prize draw.


• The prize draw will be carried out by 24/10/14 at 2.30pm under the supervision of an independent observer.


• The prize-winners will be the first name drawn at random from all valid, completed entries. The winners will be notified by 24/04/14 at 3pm.


• Should a winner not respond to the winning notification within 5 days the Promoter reserves the right to allocate the prize to another entrant.


• The result of the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• There will be one winner. Each winner will receive a prize consisting of: Eye Shadow Quad Smoke & Mirrors, Lash Power Mascara, Quickliner for Lips in Neutrally, Long Last Lipstick in Twilight Nude.


• The prize is as stated, is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.


• Should the original prize, or any part of it, become unavailable for any reason whatsoever, the Promoter may substitute a prize of comparable or greater value.

• Where the Promoter is unable to satisfy certain terms and conditions of the Promotion due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the Promoter may modify such terms accordingly or, if necessary, suspend or discontinue the Promotion.


• By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and that their name and county of residence may be released if they win the prize. They also agree to participate in any post-event publicity.
