Eligibility to Register

● Registration is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, Estée Lauder Cosmetics Limited T/A Clinique, or its affiliate companies, their families, cohabitants, agents, and anyone connected with the administration of GameFace Season 3.
● Coaches, parents or players may register their girls’ or women’s rugby team’s interest in taking part in the GameFace programme.
● No purchase necessary.

How to Register Your Interest
● To register your team’s interest in the GameFace programme, complete the Promoter’s form on the GameFace landing page and click the submit button. You will be asked to provide the name of your rugby club, your full name and your email address.
● A limit of one registration per person/valid email address will be accepted.
● Registration opens at 12:00pm on 2nd August 2025 and closes at 11:59pm on 28th September 2025.
● All registrations must be received before the closing date to be considered.
● By registering, you are expressing interest in receiving further updates and information about GameFace Season 3, and will be contacted if your team is selected to participate.
● As part of the register your interest period, all eligible registrants will be automatically entered into a draw for a chance to win one (1) signed Red Roses shirt and one (1) Clinique product bundle.

Use of Personal Data
● The Promoter will use each registrant’s personal details for the purpose of administering the GameFace programme and the prize draw. Please see the “How we use your data” section of the registration form for further details.
● When completing the form, you may choose to opt in to receive additional communications from the Promoter containing newsletters, surveys, promotions, or other product and event information (“Opt-in Communications”).
● If you choose to opt in and later decide you no longer wish to receive such communications, you may unsubscribe at any time by updating your preferences or clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

Prize Draw
● All valid registrants will be entered into a random prize draw to win one (1) signed Red Roses shirt and one (1) Clinique product bundle.
● The Clinique product bundle will include a curated selection of skincare and/or makeup products from the Clinique range, up to a minimum total recommended retail price (RRP) of £450.
● There will be one winner.
● The winner will be selected at random from all eligible registrations received during the registration period.
● The draw will take place within 7 days of the registration closing date.
● The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the email being sent, the Promoter reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.
● The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
● The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

Promoter’s Liability
● So far as permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from:
○ a) any postponement or cancellation of GameFace Season 3;
○ b) any changes to or use of the prize (including if it does not reach the intended recipient);
○ c) any act or default of any third-party supplier,
○ which are beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
● Nothing in these terms limits the Promoter’s liability for (i) fraud or (ii) death or personal injury caused by negligence.

General
● The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any registrant it reasonably suspects of breaching these terms, cheating, or attempting to manipulate the register your interest process or prize draw.
● If for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control it becomes necessary to amend or suspend these terms, the Promoter reserves the right to do so.
● By registering your interest, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you win, you also agree to your name and county being made available upon request and to participate in any reasonable post-promotion publicity.
● These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
