It’s a 5-minute cleansing and exfoliating treatment, using our Quick Clarifying Facial device and extra-gentle, alcohol-free Clarifying Lotion.

Before your facial

To help protect your skin, you will be asked to confirm that you have not answered “yes” to any of the below before receiving the service.

Skin sensitivity
• Do you have an underlying skin condition or disease diagnosed by a dermatologist or another physician?
• Do you have very dry skin that causes sensitivity?
Recent irritation or sensitisation
• Have you recently had any allergic reactions to products, foods or drinks?
• Do you easily react with irritation to cosmetic products?
• Have you been exposed to environmental factors, such as sun exposure or extreme temperatures, that have resulted in irritation?
• Have you had an invasive dermatological procedure, such as a chemical peel, microneedling or ablative laser, in the last 2 weeks?
• Are you undergoing medical treatments, such as radiation or chemotherapy, or anything that is causing your skin to feel sensitive?
Skin conditions, acne and blemishes
• Have you been diagnosed by a dermatologist or other physician with conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, atopic dermatitis, rosacea or acne?
• The service should only be performed on areas with blackheads, not blemishes or any area of the face already experiencing inflammation.
Under 18s
• Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
